1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid Halo subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date.
2. How to request a refund
All Halo subscriptions are processed by our payments provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our team at support@joinhalo.app and we will help you through the process. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing dashboard to stop future renewals.
3. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 14-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Free trial
Halo offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial.
