Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Halo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Halo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service; upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with the service's operation; or use Halo to send spam.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you and your users submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Halo a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the service.

5. Subscription, fees, and trials

Paid features are billed per your order form. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your access ends and Customer Content is deleted per the data-retention policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Halo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
